Drinking 50-year-old French wine sounds like something you’d find yourself doing on a yacht with George Clooney. But you don’t have to live the high life to taste some Bordeaux’s bottled while Charles de Gaulle was still president of France. Sacramento food and wine expert, Darrell Corti, is hosting a rare opportunity to taste several French vintage wines at UC Davis Thursday, November 13. The tasting will occur in the Robert Mondavi Institute for Wine and Food Science's Sensory Theater, a venue designed specifically for wine and food tastings.
