Short Stories With Local Author Bill Pieper

Local author Bill Pieper has a new collection of short stories set in northeastern California and parts of Nevada.

The collection, titled “Borders and Boundaries,” reads like a novel, and touches on the physical and mental aspect of boundaries through western themes, including gold mining, train-hopping, and running from the law.

Today on Insight, Pieper joins the show with his short stories, and more.
