Russ Solomon, the founder of what became a worldwide empire, Tower Records, died at home in Sacramento Sunday night while watching the Oscars with his wife and enjoying a glass of whiskey. He was 92 years old.

Insight revisits a 2015 interview with Solomon and artist Tony Natsoulas, who was opening a show that featured some of Solomon's massive art collection.
