Many people have lost their jobs as businesses start to close down in an effort to encourage social distancing to flatten the curve. Gig workers and those in the arts are having a tough time getting work as non-essential travel and business have been asked to shut down

Three artists in the area have had shows cancelled. CapRadio’s Modern Music Director Nick Brunner talks about how they are coping. A special featuring the artists will run twice this coming Saturday from 3 to 5 p.m. and 8 to 10 p.m. to connect local artists with our audience now that no one can perform or go to a live show until further notice.

Guests

  • PolitiFact California Reporter Chris Nichols
  • CapRadio’s Modern Music Director Nick Brunner
