Berkeley-based violinist Tom Rigney
has been called one of the premier blues and roots violinists in the
world. In 2011, he was crowned emperor of the Sacramento Music Festival and reigned over a weekend-long party with thousands of his loyal subjects. If you’ve never heard Rigney, he specializes in fiery Cajun blues. Originally aired March 2, 2015.
