It’s do or die for California lawmakers hoping to keep their bills alive. Friday is the deadline for bills to pass out of their house of origin in the state legislature. And that means the Capitol is in a flurry of voting as the deadline draws near. Keeping tabs of all this commotion is Capital Public Radio Capitol Bureau Chief Ben Adler.
