Fact checking has become an important tool for citizens to determine if what they are reading and watching is true, false or somewhere in the middle.

There is more than enough to fact check this election year. In this edition of PolitiFact on Insight, Chris Nichols looks at confusion and misinformation about California's Prop. 13. No, not Prop. 13, but that has contributed to the confusion.

Daniel Burke, from the national arm of Politifact, looks at a range of fact checked stories, from voter fraud in Iowa to where coronavirus comes from, from which Facebook pages disseminate the most false information to how to fact check satire.
