The saga that is Stockton’s bankruptcy proceedings has come to a close -- somewhat. Judge Christopher Klein has given the city approval to start implementing its restructuring plan while creditor Franklin Templeton appeals bankruptcy deal. Stockton Record Columnist Michael Fitzgerald says Templeton is throwing good money after bad with its appeal and joins us to for this week’s News Network to explain.
