Counties across California continue to reopen and move further into the various stages of the state’s COVID-19 response plans. 

In the midst of San Joaquin County’s reopening, the city of Stockton is welcoming people back into places of worship, hair salons, malls, and more. Stockton Mayor Michael Tubbs is set to talk about it and more today in his state of the city address. 

We’re joined by Mayor Tubbs ahead of his speech with more on how the region is managing during the coronavirus pandemic.
