Pope Francis will address a joint session of Congress for the first time ever Thursday morning. Pastor Ken Laverone from the Saint Francis of Assisi Parish in Sacramento has been in Washington D.C. since Monday for the pope’s visit.
He joins us with Capital Public Radio National Political Reporter Matt Laslo to talk about the pontiff’s historic speech on Capitol Hill.
