Many experts are saying the caucuses should be permanent history, not be first and not be caucuses. But, this year, the chaos created by the failure of a new app to report results and the delay in finding out who won, left Iowa behind and the candidates already in — and focussing on — New Hampshire, whose primary is Tuesday.
