Cut Ups of Northern California is a Sacramento-based nonprofit organization where volunteers sew, knit, crochet and repurpose supplies to help the needy.
They donate their finished projects to people with disabilities, Alzheimer’s patients, people experiencing homelessness, victims of abuse, veterans and others.
In June, they lost their work space and had to move to a temporary location. They urgently need a new space, but their budget is extremely limited at $250 a month.
