Bodybuilder Cody Harman Uses 'Man Made' Strength To Manage Transition

Cody Harman is a chef, certified personal trainer, and bodybuilder. Cody appears in the award-winning 2018 documentary “Man Made.” The film follows several bodybuilders at Trans Fit Con in Atlanta, the world’s only competition for female-to-male bodybuilders. 

Cody spoke with Insight guest host Randol White about turning fitness into a career, and figuring out the complexities of managing his body through transition with nutrition and exercise. 

You can find a link to Cody’s cookbook “Sh*t You Will Actually Cook” on his website, plus several workout plans for getting in shape. Cody shares personal stories and motivational talks on his YouTube channel and Instagram page.
