PG&E’s pending Chapter 11 bankruptcy raises a range of questions — how will it affect rates, the power supply and fire victims, among them.

Today on Insight, Capitol Bureau Chief Ben Adler is here to explain what actions the Legislature might take, and what impact they might have. Also, Gov. Gavin Newsom has had a whopping two weeks on the job. We’ll talk about what Ben’s learned in all that time.
