Gov. Jerry Brown is expected to sign the California budget this week before the June 29 deadline. State Senator Holly Mitchell (D-30, Los Angeles) is the Chair of the Committee on Budget and Fiscal Review. She returns to Insight to discuss the state's latest spending priorities and how this year’s budget adds significant funding to address black infant health issues.
