Next month a series of public hearings will begin to address widespread claims of sexual misconduct and assault at the California State Capitol. Last Tuesday, nearly 150 women working in various capacities around the Capitol signed a letter detailing sexual misconduct and women are continuing to sign on.
State Government Reporter Ben Bradford explains some of the pushback state leaders are facing in their transparency and independent investigations into these claims. He also explains a controversial new report out of the California Supreme Court on major bail reform.
