CapRadio’s 2013 documentary "Class Dismissed" tells the stories of four Central Valley youth who were struggling to complete their high school educations. Roosevelt Webb was one of them. We wondered what his life is like now, three years later.

He shares his life then and now and his inspirations that made him move forward in life after dropping out to take care of his family. Soon after, he was brought under the care of "Youthbuild," a program dedicated to helping youth ages 17-24 achieve academic success and job skills.

Sheilah Goulart, director of San Joaquin County Office of Education's "Youthbuild," describes the impact Webb left on the program before and after he was eventually hired as an employee.
