As the Supreme Court reviews President Trump’s travel ban, many are drawing comparisons to the policies that created the Japanese internment camps during World War II.
A new film entitled “And Then They Came for Us” follows the stories and striking photos by Dorothea Lang of Japanese Americans forced into prisoner of war camps.
Sacramentan and Star Trek alum George Takei is among those featured in the film. Director Abby Ginzberg and CAIR Sacramento Director Basim Elkarra join Insight to discuss the film and its role in the dialogue about Muslim-Americans.
