Karen MacNeil is the head of professional wine studies at the Culinary Institute of America in Napa, and maybe the most respected wine educator/writer in America. She’s also the author of “The Wine Bible,” the best-selling wine book ever. The second edition of “The Wine Bible” is being released Tuesday. McNeil joins Insight to talk about writing a book that makes wine accessible to everyone.
