There will be ten candidates on stage at Tyler Perry Studios. Two Californians will be among them: investor Tom Steyer and Sen. Kamala Harris. Harris has been falling in the polls while South Bend, Indiana Mayor Pete Buddigieg is surging in Iowa. LA Times National Political writer Melanie Mason will be in Atlanta covering the debate.
