Should Sacramento build a new Community Center Theater in a different location or renovate the existing theater, keeping it where it is?  We explored that question earlier this week in a discussion that included plans for the Convention Center.  Today, Insight focuses solely on the theater with arts leaders Richard Lewis, Dennis Mangers and Ron Cunningham.  They explain their key issues in considering brand new vs. just-like-new.
