Kamala Harris has ended her bid to be her party’s presidential nominee. Harris had been falling in the polls, struggling with raising campaign cash and dealing with problems with her staff. POLITICO’s Carla Marinucci, who co-authors the California Playbook, has been following the presidential candidates, including Harris, for months.
