Privatize Public Libraries?

Forbes recently published a story arguing to privatize public libraries and turn them into Amazon book stores in an effort to save taxpayer money. Turns out, many people on Twitter were not amused by this proposal. Many public libraries took to social media to help explain their role in communities beyond hardbound books and coffee shops. Sacramento Library Director Rivkah Sass joins Beth Ruyak to talk about the controversy.
