Sacramento, CA
“If we change our habits, we change our life.” That’s the philosophy behind Gretchen Rubin’s new book “Better Than Before: What I Learned About Making and Breaking Habits – to Sleep More, Quit Sugar, Procrastinate Less, and Generally Build a Happier Life.” In this new book, the author of the best-selling “The Happiness Project,” turns her sights to our habits and how we can create good ones and dispel bad ones. Rubin is in Sacramento Thursday to speak at the Sacramento Bee Book Club. Insight talks with her about what she’s learned when it comes to creating healthy habits and how they impact our overall happiness in life.
