Last quarter, the students in her Writing and Performing Stand-Up Comedy had a final exam on stage in a comedy showcase. We’ll talk with Dr. Waltonen about how to write stand up and how to teach writing stand up. Her student Drew Hanson will also join to talk about the process of learning how to be funny and the importance of carrying a notebook.
