Are only 13 percent of Latino and African American students going to four-year colleges in California? 

Gubernatorial candidate Antonio Villaraigosa made that claim this past December and raised serious questions about the demographics of universities in California and who’s leaving with a degree.

PolitiFact California Reporter Chris Nichols examined this claim along with intern Kathryn Palmer. Chris also reviews a recent claim by President Trump that Senator Dianne Feinstein doesn’t believe the Trump campaign colluded with Russia during the recent Presidential election.
