Four days after Sacramento police shot an unarmed black man in the backyard of his grandparents’ home, Stephon Clark’s death has drawn national attention — and significant outrage.

Demonstrators marched through Sacramento Thursday, briefly shutting down Interstate 5 and blocking the entrance to the Golden 1 Center before yesterday's Kings game.

Police Chief Daniel Hahn joins Insight to answer questions about the shooting and the protests that gripped the city Thursday. Chief Hahn has said that the public has misconceptions about the shooting.
