Legendary Chef Alice Waters, author of 15 books on food and sustainability, will release her memoir Sept. 5. titled, “Coming To My Senses.” It's a very personal story about her early life, before opening her Berkeley restaurant, Chez Panisse, in 1971.
On Sept. 8 Waters joins Insight host Beth Ruyak onstage and in conversation at The Center for the Arts in Grass Valley. We look back at part of Ruyak's conversation with Waters from March.
