Pierre Balthazard, SacState's Dean Of The College of Business Administration

Sacramento State University has a new dean in its College of Business Administration. Pierre Balthazard comes from a similar position at St. Bonaventure University in New York and emphasizes responsibility and ethics in teaching business. He’s also a leading researcher in the neuroscience of leadership. He’s spearheaded a number of studies seeking to understand what makes a person an effective leader. Balthazard assumed his new role at Sacramento State February 2 and joins us to talk about his plans for the business school.
