A California Senate Fellow who accused lawmaker Tony Mendoza of sexual misconduct had to continue working in his office for six weeks after she filed her official complaint. That decision is raising questions about the competency of the California Senate's human resources office.

Capitol Bureau Chief Ben Adler broke this story yesterday and he joins us to explain what's going on.
