Sacramento Philharmonic & Opera / Facebook The Sacramento Philharmonic & Opera has not been onstage for a concert for a year. It will be back Friday with two concerts at the Community Center Theater aimed at kids. Those concerts are part of a partnership between the Philharmonic with Carnegie Hall that brings music education to grade school children, and it is also the start of what they say is a “remarkable journey of recovery.”
