A new picture book from author Linda Joy Singleton tells the story of a young girl with allergies who comes up with a creative way to have a four dogs – one for each season. Singleton is one of the authors featured at this year’s Authors on the Move fundraiser for the Sacramento Public Library. We’ll talk with her about “Snow Dog, Sand Dog.”
