Democrats Flipped Seven Targeted House Seats In California. Now What?

Today is the deadline for California counties to submit their final results to the state from last month’s midterm election. But all the counties with contested congressional races have already submitted their tallies, so it’s finally safe to say that Democrats swept all seven congressional seats they were targeting in the state.
