It’s been three weeks since a group of more than 140 women working around the California Capitol wrote a letter detailing a culture of sexual harassment.

Los Angeles Times Reporter Melanie Mason broke that story and has been following the developments including the first lawmaker to be named for sexual harassment, Assemblyman Raul Bocanegra.

Mason joins CALmatters reporter Laurel Rosenhall to discuss their experience covering this story, speaking one-on-one with women, developing connections and what they’re looking for moving forward.
