Monica Hernandez is the communications manager for the Sacramento Area Council of Governments, which is hosting the festivities put on for cyclists. She’ll share details for what's in store for the upcoming months.

Joining her is Jim Brown, the executive director for the Sacramento Area Bicycle Advocates. He’ll explain the steps Sacramento can take to become a truly bike friendly city.
