One-Woman Play Explores Einstein Through Eyes of His Secretary

Playwright and professional actress Kres Merskey brings her one-woman hit play, "The Life and Times of A. Einstein," to the State Theatre in Auburn this weekend.

The life of Albert Einstein as seen through the eyes of his secretary is the premise of "The Life and Times of A. Einstein," a one-woman show at the State Theater in Auburn this weekend. Playwright and actress Kres Merskey inhabits Ellen, Einstein’s secretary and “watchdog,” as she narrates one day in the life of the famous scientist.

Merskey talks with Insight host Beth Ruyak about the inspiration behind the show and how she manages to bring these kinds of characters to life.
