California just experienced its driest January on record. So as California heads into what could be another dry summer, is the state better prepared for drought than it was last year? If so, what has it done? If not, what needs to be done? And how does this drought size up against past droughts? Director of the UC Davis Center for Watershed Sciences Jay Lund joins us to talk about what is being done to counter the drought in California.
