When Sacramento Police arrested more than 80 people at a protest Monday night, members of the community started asking tough questions to city leaders about their First Amendment rights. Law enforcement declared the protests an unlawful assembly, but dozens of people were unable to leave the scene or comply with orders to disperse.

McGeorge School of Law Professor John Sims joins to discuss the First Amendment implications of Sacramento Police arresting more than 80 people at a protest in East Sacramento on Monday night.
