California’s Delegation Responds to FBI Director James Comey’s Firing By Trump Administration

Much of Washington is still feeling the tremors from Tuesday’s earthquake news; the Trump administration firing FBI Director James Comey amidst their investigation into the Presidential election and possible Russian interference.

California’s Congressional delegation had mixed responses, with some consensus across the political aisle on the need for a special investigator to oversee the case.

LA Times reporter Sarah Wire has gathered the responses from several representatives and shares some background about the reactions.
