Sunday’s a big day. It’s Father’s Day, there’s the final round of the U.S. Open in golf, the World Cup will be in full flight, and the weather looks like it’ll be great. But Capital Public Radio will be spending it at the Capitol. That’s because Sunday is also the day we’re expecting the final vote on California’s budget. Capitol Bureau Chief Ben Adler joins us to explan more.
