California’s Congressional delegation is pivotal in many ways. In national politics, on committees and as committee chairs and on the presidential candidate stage, as well.

As the fifth largest economy on the world, it also wields enormous influence, and leads the nation in many areas: regulatory, environmental, cultural, artistic. So, coverage of the delegations work in Washington DC is an important piece of Insight on a weekly basis, at least.

Today, we're joined by McClatchy DC reporter Kate Irby, who covers the California delegation in Washington, DC, to talk about the delegation's reaction to the release of the Mueller report and more.
