Sacramento Mayor Darrell Steinberg used his 2019 State of the City address to announced a commitment to spend $200 million of Measure U money over five years to address inequality in underserved neighborhoods.

CapRadio reporters Bob Moffitt, Sammy Caiola and Pauline Bartolone covered the event yesterday at the Sam & Bonnie Pannell Community Center in Meadowview. They join Insight to explain the announcement and reaction from the community.
