Sacramento has been gripped by unrest in the 12 days since the death of Stephon Clark. The 22-year-old unarmend black man was shot by Sacramento police in his grandparent's backyard on March 18.

Since that day, family, friends, community members and activists have come together to protest the Sacramento police. They have also called for changes to how neighborhoods like Meadowview are treated by police and depicted by the media.

Listen back to the sounds that have marked those 12 days and the protests and conversations that have followed.
