Abramsky sheds light on poverty in America and ways he believes the nation may find solutions to this multitier problem through a series of personal narratives detailing the lives of poor Americans. The book is a collaboration with his organization, Voices of Poverty, that aims to provide a voice for those facing poverty in the USA.
