Kara Richardson Whitely is an advocate with the Eating Recovery Center who dispels myths about binge eating disorder all while sharing her personal experiences with it.

She will speak at an educational seminar March 17 in Sacramento promoting awareness of binge eating disorder to reduce the stigma of talking about it.
