PG&E Announces Intent To Declare Chapter 11 Bankruptcy. What’s Next?

Pacific Gas & Electric announced this week that it would file for Chapter 11 bankruptcy at the end of the month. The utility company is facing massive civil and potential criminal liability for devastating wildfires across northern California.
