Jeanne Bernick knows first hand how important it is to mentor and encourage women to follow in the family business footsteps. Manager of K-Coe Isom, Bernick works to sustain and grow food and ag operations throughout the food-supply chain, working with producers, supplies, processors, and landowners, amongst others.

She’s presenting at the Generations Family Business Conference taking place at the Sacramento Convention Center Monday and Tuesday. Bernice will talk about the importance of incorporating women into the family business, including the role of mentorship.
