New Study Finds When Jogging, Less May Be More

A study out this month in The Journal of the American College of Cardiology suggests that you don’t have to run long and hard to get the health benefits of jogging. In fact, you can actually hurt yourself by running too much. Nobody knows this better than health and fitness expert Sally Edwards -founder of Fleet Feet Sports and Heart Zones. She joins us with advice for getting the health benefits of running without hurting yourself.
