Besides discussing what cities can do to improve education and stem the school-to-prison pipeline, the mayor experienced the potential of driverless cars and looked into solutions for disasters and homelessness. Cabaldon joins Insight to talk about some of the innovations coming out of this year’s SXSW and how those new ideas can be applied in the great Sacramento Region.
