Proposed Psychiatric Hospital
Plans for a new psychiatric hospital in Sacramento are being met with opposition by a nearby neighborhood. But is the opposition a case of "Not in My Backyard" or does the community of Woodlake
have some legitimate concerns? Joining us to discuss the issue is the principal planner for the project, Gregory Bitter, and spokesperson for the Woodlake Neighborhood’s opposition to the hospital, Thomas Powell.
