Cold Weather Coming The weather has been gorgeous for most of Northern California and Western Nevada, with unseasonably warm and dry conditions. But that is about to change. A cold front is expected to move through the Central Valley tonight. We'll check in on the latest conditions and let you know what to expect, especially if you're planning to head up the hill to Reno or Tahoe.

Proposed Psychiatric Hospital Plans for a new psychiatric hospital in Sacramento are being met with opposition by a nearby neighborhood. But is the opposition a case of "Not in My Backyard" or does the community of Woodlake have some legitimate concerns? Joining us to discuss the issue is the principal planner for the project, Gregory Bitter, and spokesperson for the Woodlake Neighborhood’s opposition to the hospital, Thomas Powell.
